Mobile App Improvements (v1.8.x)

A round of fixes and polish for the mobile app:

• Cleaner drop-in purchases — Appointment types that don't allow drop-ins no longer show a purchase option
• Localized errors — Sign-in and gym-lookup error messages now appear in your language
• iOS stability — Resolved a build/startup issue affecting some iOS devices
• General bug fixes and performance improvements
