Bug Fixes & Stability

This release includes fixes and stability improvements:

• Fixed an error when adding a membership on a plan whose expiration duration was set to an invalid value — plan durations are now validated when you save the plan
• The member billing portal is now offered only when Stripe card payments are enabled for your gym
