Member App Fixes

A round of bug fixes and polish for the member app:

• Signing documents works again — members were hitting a "Something went wrong" error when signing a digital document (like a waiver or liability form). Signing now goes through as expected.
• Profile photos work again — members can upload and change their profile picture without errors.
• Tidier schedule cards — class and appointment cards look cleaner and more consistent, and no longer show a large colored block when a type has no image.
