Members Can Now Use Finegym in a Browser

Until now, a member who wanted to see what they owed, sign a waiver or check when their membership renewed had one route: install the app. That is a lot to ask of someone who joined last week, and it left staff answering questions at the desk that members could have answered themselves.

Every gym's site at https://<your-gym>.sites.finegym.io now has a members' area behind a sign-in, alongside the public schedule and plans that were already there.

Members sign in and get their own account. Their bookings, upcoming and past, with the class or appointment named, who is teaching it, and a Cancel button while cancelling is still allowed. Their memberships, with what each one covers, sessions left, the next bill date, and the option to cancel or update the card. Their invoices, which they can pay by card in the browser — and download as a PDF or receipt afterwards. Their visits, grouped by day, showing which membership each one was taken against. Their documents, which they can read and sign with a finger or a mouse. The emails and texts the gym has sent them. And a check-in QR code to show at the front desk.

They can check in from the schedule too. A class happening today shows a Check in button on the class itself, the same as the app.

Profile is theirs to manage: photo — with a cropper, so it is framed rather than whatever the camera caught — name, date of birth, phone, address, guardian details for under-18s, language, text-message preferences, password, and account deletion.

Invoice emails now link straight to it. The email a member gets for a recurring membership used to say "open the mobile application to review and pay". It now carries a link to the invoice itself, so paying is a click from the inbox. Text messages carry the same link.

The whole thing is translated into English, Bosnian, Spanish and Portuguese, and follows each member's own language choice — including dates and times, so a Bosnian member reads subota, 5. septembar and a 24-hour clock.
